High-Capacity Communications provides the capabilities for Marines to enable distributed Marine Air-Ground Task Force operations through transmission of critical task organized ground- and space-based command and control information, leveraging modular architectures that support technology insertion through scalable and flexible technologies. Capabilities include static and vehicle-based systems providing both line-of-sight and beyond line-of-sight digital wideband communications transmissions for digital networks.

Position, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) delivers the equipment that that increases the resiliency and assurance of PNT capabilities for user equipment, platforms, and systems in highly contested Navigation Warfare environments. Required by Federal and Department of Defense mandates, PNT provides Alternative and Assured PNT (A2PNT) to the Marine Air-Ground Task Force Commanders to know and trust PNT data and mitigate threats from peer and near peer adversaries to meet Force Design, Expeditionary Advanced Base Operations, and Joint All-Domain Command and Control missions. PdM PNT enables operations in a contested environment by implementing the technologies managed under Military Global Positioning (GPS) User Equipment (MGUE) Increment I and II, including Military-Code (M-Code), Anti-Jam/Anti-Spoof antennas, Alternative Navigation sources, and non-GPS capabilities (such as Inertial Measurement Units, barometers, wheel speed sensors, etc.).

Tactical Radios provides the capabilities for Marines to communicate reliably and securely in tactical environments, and addresses requirements to enhance, replace, and sustain tactical radios while achieving interoperability and minimizing effects of equipment obsolescence.
