Please Note: At this stage, the Government is requesting white papers and product briefs ONLY. We are NOT accepting or evaluating formal unsolicited proposals (as defined by FAR Subpart 15.6) through this submission form. To submit an unsolicited proposal, please email SMB_QUAN_MCSC_BizOps_HD@usmc.mil. Acceptance and review of a white paper or product brief does not guarantee a future contract award, nor does it obligate the Government to issue a formal solicitation.
